Hogty Management Corporation provides expertise in assisting clients with their agricultural investment needs. We are licensed real estate professionals with a specific agricultural focus. Our specialty is Midwest row crop farmland primarily for corn/soybean/wheat production. Our goal is to bridge the gap between investor owners and farm operators. We evaluate and qualify investment opportunities for our clients, assist them in purchasing and selling investment properties, and provide full property management services.  As a relatively small shop, we are able to meet the specific needs of our clients with flexibility and personal service to help them maximize investment returns and to meet their investment goals.

Our company was started by Lee R. Schuster in 1984.  His vision and diligence formed a company which today manages a portfolio of approximately 35,000 acres of farmland with a value of approximately $200M for nearly 80 clients.  Although Lee passed away in 2019, his legacy lives on as we continue to manage, analyze, buy and sell agricultural investment properties across the Midwest.

Jeremy Henry is the current President and majority owner of Hogty Management Corporation.  He began working for Hogty in 1998 while still in college.  He trained alongside Lee Schuster for 21 years while learning the business.  During this time, Jeremy also began buying the Corporation which has provided much needed continuity and consistency for our clients.

Our primary focus continues to be rowcrop farms in Missouri and Iowa, however, we also work in Minnesota, Indiana, and southern Georgia.  We work hard to diligently manage farms for our clients while continuously looking for new farmland investment opportunities.  If you have interest in learning more about our services, please give us a call.
